One of my favorite authors, uiggu , was reported and banned for a fic that was classified as an NC-17 by the staff member reviewing it. ><
A few days before, I got a review from a Mary Sue writer asking me to add more graphic scenes to my Gung Ho Guns Yaoi Collection (which I mentioned in a previous post here).
Putting the information I've recieved from those two incidents and some others together, it is my firm belief that someone or a group of people is singling out yaoi authors for abuse reports, and trying to bait yaoi authors that aren't currently breaking the TOS into doing it so they will get banned.
Simply put, if your Trigun yaoi is anywhere near even an R, you should back up at once, get an alternate account on another site (i.e. mediaminer, http://www.fosff.net, Fandomination, aff.net, your own webspace, etc), and be prepared to argue your case via an e-mail to Xing. ><
If you want to try to save your ff.net account and posting privileges, do anything you can do to make sure it falls squarely under objective PG-13 to R limits, and whatever you do, do not heed suggestions or begs for more smut at this time.
